The Challenge
While at a large enterprise, I was entrusted with the management of a global portfolio of cloud applications. The primary challenge was to move beyond simple maintenance and actively drive new revenue growth in a highly competitive enterprise market. This required a holistic product strategy to identify and execute on high-value opportunities across the entire portfolio that would translate directly into measurable financial impact.
